Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 before tax. Orders below $150 (before tax) are subject to shipping costs. 

 

We offer the choice of Canada Post or Purolator courier (availability dependent on regions).

We reserve the right to hold back orders and contact customers with remote shipping locations in order to reconfirm actual/amended shipping rates if/as needed. Shipping rates are calculated FOB Edmonton region, Alberta.

Remote regions include, but are not limited to: NT, YT, NU, NL and typically northern areas of most provinces and territories.

We always endeavour to ship items the next business day. Orders may then take several business days to arrive, depending on the destination within Canada.

On average, shipments may take approximately the following amount of time:

ON: 3 - 5 business days

QC: 3 - 5 business days

NB, NS, PEI: 5 - 7 business days

NL: 7 - 14 business days

MB, SK, AB, BC: 3 - 5 business days

NT, YT, NU: 7 - 14 business days

Please allow extra time for more remote locations.
